Core Production Equipment & Expertise
Conductor Processing: Utilizing precision wire drawing machines and multi-strand twisting systems to craft center conductors from oxygen-free copper or copper-clad aluminum, ensuring minimal signal loss and optimal conductivity.
Insulation Layer Extrusion: High-frequency extrusion lines apply uniform PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) or foamed PE/PFA insulation, achieving precise dielectric constants (ε) for stable impedance (50Ω/75Ω) and low attenuation.

High-Velocity Dielectric Coating
Our high-frequency extrusion lines apply uniform PTFE or foamed PE/PFA insulation directly onto the conductor. This process achieves precise dielectric constants crucial for guaranteeing stable 50ohm or 75Ω characteristic impedance and ultra-low attenuation.

Consistent Electrical Geometry
Equipped with real-time laser diameter gauges, our automated production setup monitors insulation thickness continuously. This ensures microscopic geometric consistency throughout the entire spool, preventing signal distortion in microwave applications.
Shielding Technology: Automated braiding machines layer tin-plated copper or aluminum-magnesium alloy shields with >95% coverage, effectively suppressing EMI/RFI interference while enhancing mechanical durability.

Helical Tape Shielding
We utilize precision spiral wrapping machinery to apply silver-plated copper tape shields. This method delivers 100% optical coverage and exceptional electrical conductivity, establishing a robust defense against low-frequency electromagnetic interference.

High-Density Wire Braiding
Our multi-carrier automated braiding machines layer tin-plated copper or aluminum-magnesium alloy shields with >95% coverage. This enhances mechanical durability and flexibility while effectively suppressing high-frequency EMI/RFI interference.
Jacket Formation: Customizable PVC or FEP ,PFA outer sheaths are extruded with temperature-resistant formulations, ideal for harsh environments.

Precision Crosshead Extrusion
Our advanced extrusion crossheads apply tough, uniform fluoropolymer sheaths (FEP/PFA) directly over the braided shield. This stage ensures exact wall thickness and tight concentricity control, which are vital for preventing signal leakage and safeguarding the internal cable components.

Heavy-Duty Production Lines
Operated in a fully controlled climate, our continuous jacket extrusion lines are optimized for high-temperature resins. This industrial-scale infrastructure guarantees scalable monthly capacity while maintaining flawless structural integrity for cables deployed in harsh, corrosive, or extreme-temperature environments.

Every batch of RF cables undergoes rigorous validation using Vector Network Analyzers (VNA) and Time-Domain Reflectometry (TDR). This guarantees precise impedance matching, low VSWR, and flawless transmission performance before shipment.

2D Optical Dimension Inspection
To guarantee strict mechanical conformity, our quality lab utilizes high-precision 2D optical measuring devices. This non-contact inspection system accurately verifies the microscopic concentricity, ovality, and structural dimensions of the finished coaxial cables, ensuring flawless connector mating and stable return loss (VSWR).
