This specialized 3 core silicone cable features three independent 24 gauge conductors protected by a high-grade FEP (or PFA) inner insulation layer, delivering excellent low-capacitance characteristics and high voltage resistance. For higher-density instrument wiring that requires identical material performance, our 5 core silicone cable with FEP insulated core offers an expanded multi-channel architecture.
Enclosed within a flexible, biocompatible medical silicone outer jacket, the cable is designed to lay completely flat and resist kinking during patient handling. Engineered for longevity, the materials are highly stable and support continuous autoclave sterilization (high-pressure steam up to 134°C), making it a reliable and cost-effective solution for OEM healthcare device manufacturers.
